What is this app all about?

The app is designed to help people of all levels move, feel, and perform like athletes. It combines structured strength & conditioning programs, dynamic movement training (running, jumping, throwing), and lifestyle guidance to improve overall athleticism.

Is this app only for athletes or can beginners use it too?

This app is for everyone – from complete beginners to recreational athletes. Whether you’re looking to get stronger, move better, or feel more explosive, there’s a program for your current level with clear progressions.

How long are the training programs and how many days per week do I need to train?

Programs range from 4 to 12 weeks, with new blocks added regularly. You can choose from 2, 3, 4, or 5-day/week options depending on your schedule and goals. All plans come with clear structure, warm-ups, and recovery guidance.

What facilities and equipment do I need access to?

There are both gym & track-based and gym-based programs available. If possible having access to a running track or field such as football field where you’re able to run over 10m-100m+ is ideal to execute the running/sprinting parts of the program, for those that don’t have access to that there are gym-based programs with gym-based alternatives to the programs.

Will there be nutrition support?
Yes, the app provides practical nutrition guidance, recipe ideas, and educational content to help fuel your training and recovery properly.
What are my options for using the app?

We offer two tiers:

Monthly Subscription – Access all programs, videos, and features for a low monthly fee.

1-1 Online Coaching – Work directly with a coach for personalised programming, check-ins and accountability

You can switch between offerings so can upgrade to 1-1 coaching at any time or switch back to the self-guided subscription if that suits your needs better.

How do I cancel or pause my membership?

You can manage your subscription directly within the app. Cancel or pause anytime — no hidden fees or long-term contracts.
